Rocky Franchise (1976-2006) Recap and Review

More than 30 years after the release of the first film, siblings Aubrey, Genia and Brittany recap and review the entire Rocky film franchise  on this episode of The Wright Perspective Podcast. All six films, Rocky (1976), Rocky II(1979), Rocky III (1982), Rocky IV (1985), Rocky V (1990), and Rocky Balboa (2006) were written by and star Sylvester Stallone.

House Party (1990) Recap and Review

On this episode of The Wright Perspective Podcast, siblings Aubrey, Genia and Brittany recap and review House Party (1990), written and directed by Reginald Hudlin and starring Christopher "Kid" Reid and Christopher "Play" Martin, also known as Kid n Play.

 

After discussing the social impact of House Party, including Kid’s iconic haircut and the Kid ‘n Play kick step, the Wrights pick a voting symbol (06:04) and then do a high-level recap (15:14). Fiddler on the Roof (1971) Recap and Review

Is love really reason enough to break age-old traditions? On this episode of The Wright Perspective Podcast, siblings Aubrey, Genia and Brittany discuss this question and more as they review one of their mother’s favorite musicals, Fiddler on the Roof (1971), directed by Norman Jewison, written by Joseph Stein, and starring Topol.
